Here's a quick update as to where I stand. After doing some research, I noticed
that you have to intall SUNWvscan SUNWvscankr.
I'm still stuck though. When I attempt to set the scan engine, it doesn't like
the syntax specified.
root at OSBox:~# vscanadm add-engine -p host=localhost
vscanadm get [-p property]...
display vscan properties
vscanadm set -p property=value [-p property=value]...
set values of vscan properties
vscanadm get-engine [-p property] [engine_id]
display values of scan engine properties
vscanadm set-engine -p property=value [-p property=value]... engine_id
set values of scan engine properties
vscanadm add-engine [-p property=value]... engine_id
add scan engine
vscanadm remove-engine engine_id
remove scan engine
vscanadm import -p property filename
import property from file
vscanadm export -p property filename
export property to file
vscanadm validate -p property filename
validate property in file
vscanadm show
display the values of all vscan service and scan engine properties
vscanadm stats [-z]
display vscan service statistics
Has the syntax changed?
