Expecting that degree of rigor for these projects is not realistic. We're trying to alert everyone to changes, but the Caiman project is explicitly *not* a consolidation, and will stop impersonating one (from a product development point of view) as soon as we possibly can. Therefore, don't expect that we'll be putting significant effort into defining processes that we do not expect to maintain. I would think that a filter for "heads" or "flag" in the subject on caiman-discuss would be sufficient for the purpose here. Dave
