Can you type the following at the grub prompt: geometry (hd0)
and post the output here, particularly the size of each partition and slice? I'm thinking that maybe grub thinks the disk is only 8GB and is therefore not able to see the menu.lst and splash image as they are beyond the 8GB limit. Thanks Andrew. -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
