Hi, When i boot from the b99 DVD it simply goes to grub command prompt and waits. i don't see the boot menu at all. exact same behaviour with the osol LiveCD
I was told that sxce supports this chipset since it is an improved nForce 500 series?? I tried changing the BIOS setting to both AHCI and IDE mode with no results. any other BIOS settings to twiddle or command line options to pass on the grub prompt?. boot disk is currently running Vista x64. hardware details: Gigabyte 750a SLI mobo Opteron 3.0 Ghz AM2 8GB DDR2-800 500GB Seagate SATA and 2X1TB WD Green -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
