cleaning up preexisting install client "8:0:20:a0:4a:86"
removing /tftpboot/inetboot.SUN4U.Solaris_11-1
To disable 8:0:20:a0:4a:86 in the DHCP server,
remove the entry with Client ID 01080020A04A86
copying boot file to /tftpboot/inetboot.SUN4U.Solaris_11-1

To enable 01080020A04A86 in the DHCP server, ensure that
the following Sun vendor-specific options are defined
(SinstNM, SinstIP4, SinstPTH, SrootNM, SrootIP4,
SrootPTH, and optionally SbootURI, SjumpCF and SsysidCF),
and add a macro to the server named 01080020A04A86,
containing the following option values:

  Install server (SinstNM) : sol9
  Install server IP (SinstIP4) : 192.168.1.8
Install server path (SinstPTH) : /export/install/sol-nv-b87-sparc-dvd
Root server name (SrootNM) : sol9
  Root server IP (SrootIP4) : 192.168.1.8
  Root server path (SrootPTH) :
/export/install/sol-nv-b87-sparc-dvd/Solaris_11/Tools/Boot
  Boot file (BootFile) : 01080020A04A86
  Profile location (SjumpsCF) : 192.168.1.8:/export/install/profiles/sol3
  sysidcfg location (SsysidCF) : 192.168.1.8:/export/install/profiles/sol3

[Mon May 19 19:08:42 root at sol9
/export/install/sol-nv-b87-sparc-dvd/Solaris_11/Tools]
# grep "^sol3 " /etc/bootparams

[Mon May 19 19:08:57 root at sol9
/export/install/sol-nv-b87-sparc-dvd/Solaris_11/Tools]
#

No entry in /etc/bootparams anymore; no "boot net:rarp" support anymore.

I must admit, so I mostly use WANBOOT for jumpstart installations now, I
don't like that "boot net:rarp" is not supported anymore. "boot
net:rarp" was fast setup and worked without problems. And for machines
with less than 1 GB memory WANBOOT is not an option.
