ZFS root is offered only for Jumpstart and text-install (ttinstall). The 
default interactive installer (choice 1) is the GUI wizard installer and 
it doesn't support creating and installing on ZFS root. The other 
installation choices (2, 3 and 4) will allow offer the choice of ZFS root.

In the case netinstall image, if you tip in to the system, you will get 
the text-based installer and it offers ZFS root as an option.
