I don't believe so.  LU considers everything under /opt to be
BE-specific, so it forces a copy.  I think it might end up merging
whats in /opt/csw into the root dataset of your new BE, but someone
from the ZFS boot team would need to verify this.

In snap, everything outside <pool>/ROOT/<BEname>/* is considered to be
shared and won't get cloned no matter what its mountpoint is.

So if you want some nested file system under rpool/csw to be cloned
when a BE is cloned, that won't work.
