The consolidation contains, among other things, the Live Upgrade, Flash, pfinstall (aka Jumpstart), sysidtool, the old Java-based GUI, the text installer, the new Dwarf Caiman GUI, and a bunch of libraries, in addition to the SVR4 packaging code. We've had a lot on our plate, and the open-sourcing progress has been delayed repeatedly due to higher priorities. Progress on it has been reported in the P-team meeting minutes[1]; while I've been on vacation for most of the past week and thus am more than a little behind (and I note that Eric didn't post any minutes from the meeting last week yet), my expectation is that we'll have more of the existing source released in a matter of weeks, if not days. The priority is to release the new GUI and libraries, and anything that Slim Install depends upon, so that we can get the operations of the active projects fully open. Beyond that, I'm not sure how much old source we'll choose to release - some things are encumbered, some others I would regard as attractive nuisances.
