Hi Tsuyoshi, It is possible to install b73 in a VMware partition. I believe that the standard grub menu for all cd and dvd distributions of opensolaris include a choice for the Solaris Express Developer Edition. However, this cannot be installed using CD. It must be done using DVD images. If you choose the the Solaris Express option you should be able to install this. The issue is that the CD version of b73 doesn't have the developer tools on the media.
