thanks for the hint, i had tested the "-m" option for seperate zoneroots with 
u4 beta and now i think it works in u4 final, thanks.

the whole process ended successful, but i get a message "/usr/lib/lu/lucreate: 
/dev/md/dsk/d40: cannot execute".

i think have seen the cpio for the zoneroot runs twice, i must do antoher test  
to confirm this.
