Hi Sam,
the answer to your question is yes.

When you run the Solaris installer, it will (or at least,
it should!) detect your Fedora installation and setup the
grub config for you correctly.

Note that you have to use Solaris' grub not a linux grub
in order to get support for Solaris' ufs and for zfs.
