[install-discuss] creating solaris.iso on mac osx

I'm having some weird troubles with setting up the solaris installation disk.
i've download solaris 10 express from sun. cat the file in terminal. mounted 
the iso file with disk utility and burned it on dvd.
now my x86 machine just won't recognize it as a bootable dvd, while it take's 
dvd from  other different os's immediately. i'm doing something wrong here but 
don't have a clue what... probably it's something simple but i can't figure it 
out...
