This is a known problem is caused by dboot bugid 6460904. The workaround is to disable pcic. You can do this by adding the following entry in /etc/system.
exclude: pcic or you can add -B disable-pcic=true by editing the GRUB menu during startup. This message posted from opensolaris.org
