Out of interest who did you purchase the package from, was it from Sun
or some third party.
To be honest, this package is not really acceptable on many fronts as
you have just seen, I'd be interested in knowing who is charging money
for such work, be it Sun or otherwise.
If it's Sun then at least I can talk to them.
