Hi, It's just about make it simpler out of the box. Right now if you asked people why their /var is grwoing so fast and how to get rid of those backout data most people won't have a clue and their are just looking for those 'magic' find line... That way it would be just obvious - especially if some info in a man page was provided that 'you cansafely remove all directory contents - however you won't be able to backout those patches anymore'.
