I thought I was doing pretty good working with windows. I have been looking
around in open source for a while and I got interested in it hoping to get away
from windows headaches. I am trying to put Solaris 10 on my lap top with a
windows xp so I can get used to it. So far I have cleand out all the junk and
am now going to partition the drive. I thought I would split it in half using
partition magic. I am just going to take one thing at a time and I wanted to
know what type of file system Solaris 10 has and will I have any kind of
problem. The file system I have been using is NTFS. I would appreciate any help
now that I have started this I see how much of a beginner I am.
Thank you in advance.
