I updated 6474558, the current live bug for this issue.

I think we need to do some more hackery here, ie postpatch to reapply 
the old fs-usr perhaps.
Not something I like personally, but I am not seeing an easy way of 
doign this,
pkgcond could detect if we are patching a miniroot and backup and 
restore fs-usr.
