Justin:

S10 Update 3 will be availabe soon.  However, it will not support system 
with 128 MB for sparc.  Thus your only install option is to install 
Solaris 10 Update 2.

If you really want to install Solaris 10 update 3 or later, you have to 
add more Memory to your Ultra 5.  The memory for Ultra 5 is not 
expensive nowadays.
