The only conflicting file I could find was: /etc/flash/precreation/caplib. But it looks like it's the same: SUNWcar.u/pkgmap:1 f none etc/flash/precreation/caplib 0500 root sys 3376 7288 1142807849 SUNWcar.v/pkgmap:1 f none etc/flash/precreation/caplib 0500 root sys 3376 7288 1142807849 The rest is just in platform specific directories.
