Your better off asking this question over in opensolaris-help. This list is for installation and packaging discussions. That said, I don't have much I can tell you about your build errors other than something's clearly wrong and I wouldn't try using that kernel until you can get the build errors cleaned up. When and if you email opensolaris-help you might include a complete description of what you did before attempting to build as it should help diagnose this better (in particular what build of the ON src your trying to build).
