Are you using the SPARC64 VII (quad core) CPUs in the M5000? If so, it's really Solaris 10 Update 4 plus patches.. The minimum kernel rev should be 127127-11. I believe, the GA release of Solaris 10 Update 4 is 120011-14. Your options here are to use Solaris 10 Update 5 or install the patchset on a host that you use to create flash archives from, then re-generate the core flar for distribution..
