Those are some bugs in the pkg.depotd software that were fixed a little 
while ago:

5999 catalog.extract_matching_fmris - version filtering not correct
6010 packages page should show only latest version of packages by default

...these fixes haven't yet made it to pkg.opensolaris.org, but should in 
the near future (probably when build 109 is deployed).

In short, the version filtering logic was wrong, and so only packages 
that had a release of "5.11" were showing.
