The contents of the redistributable package are, roughly speaking, the 
packages from the old Solaris WOS that are available under 
redistributable terms.  Other packages in pkg.opensolaris.org are 
redistributable, but have not historically been a bundled part of 
Solaris.  The "redistributable" package is thus to a great extent an 
anachronism which I expect we'll phase out.
