I think ktung was right - I used different machine SunFire T2000  instead of 
SunFire v245 and it worked. I wonder if the OBP version is too old - if so why  
#eeprom | grep network-boot-arguments shows ...no data available ( which means 
hat WAN boot is supported)? Thanks
