Now I have install the version from pkg.opensolaris.org/dev and it has value
Packaging Date: Sat Jan 31 22:03:37 2009
          Size: 357.68 kB
          FMRI: pkg:/SUNWinstalladm-tools at 0.5.11,5.11-0.101:20090131T220337Z

When I ran
# installadm create-service -n sparc_install_service -i 182.0.0.1 -c 5
-s /images/AI/osol-0906-106a-ai-sparc.iso
/server/images/osol-0906-106a-ai-sparc
ai at htj:~# rm -rf /server/images/osol-0906-106a-ai-sparcai at htj:~#
installadm create-service -n sparc_install_service -i 192.0.0.1 -c 5 -s
/images/AI/osol-0906-106a-ai-sparc.iso
/server/images/osol-0906-106a-ai-sparc
Setting up the target image at /server/images/osol-0906-106a-ai-sparc ...
Added network macro to dhcptab - 192.0.0.0.
Created network table.
Creating SPARC configuration file

so far so good, then

# installadm create-client -e 0:14:4f:e2:9c:f6 -n sparc_install_services
-t /server/images/osol-0906-106a-ai-sparc
create-client: Service does not exist: sparc_install_services

so what's happening here?
