I have a PC that has two SATA HD drives. On the SATA 1 HD Windows Vista is
installed, and on the other SATA 2 HD opensuse was installed on the entire disk.

SATA 2 HD

Device ... ... .. Size ... ... ... F Type ... ... .... ... ..Mount point ...
Start ... ... End
/dev/sdb1 ... .. 2.01 GB . ... Linux swap ... ... ... ... Swap ... ... ... ...
0 ... ... .261
/dev/sdb2 ... .. 20.0 GB . ... Linux native Ext3 ... ... / ... ... .. ... ...
262 ... .. 2872
/dev/sdb3 ...257.47 GB . ... Linux native Ext3 ... ... /home. ... .. 2873 ...
.36482

To keep untouched the MBR files on the two HDs I use the BIOS utility to switch
from one OS to another.

I will appreciate your help in creating an appropriate partition to install
opensolaris on the SATA 2 HD using an opensolaris DVD that I burned from the
iso file as I would like to examine it.

Your kind assistance will be highly regarded.
