I believe what you're seeing is that you haven't gotten the new 
pyopenssl package yet.
I'd try make install first, which should download any missing components 
like CherryPy or pyopenssl, then try make package.

I'm also CC'ing pkg-discuss as that has the people who put this 
together. If what I suggested doesn't work, perhaps they'll be able to 
help us out.
