Casper:
Teo is using the option #4 to do the upgrade. It will be using
pfinstall and it will calculate the size from the packages. It also
include a fudge factor also. I do not know what the fudge factor is. I
only know that if you do the same upgrade with GUI, it will be much bigger.
As Matt Williamson had pointed out, there is already an existing bug to
track the issue with upgrade overestimates what it needs.
