website-discuss is usually the best place. I know a bunch of servers are being moved around w/in Sun this weekend. While that one may not be moving, it may depend on other servers that have already shut down to prepare for their move. There was a notice sent out to website-discuss a few days ago that basically said: expect flakiness from Friday to Monday.
