Hi Gurus, I have a Sun x2270, dual proc (5504), 8 GB RAM (4GB each), 3 x 1 TB SATA drive, WITHOUT ILOM processor.
I installed the box with osol 128a by PXE AI (Automated Install) using osol 128a as AI server. I used the default ai manifest file. The installation seems to be working fine (attach the bottom half of the installation log at the end of this post). But after rebooting the machine, it goes directly into the grub command prompt (no grub menu). I try to use 'findroot (pool_rpool,0,a)' , and similar command, but keep getting 'file not found'. I have been googling and found problem with x2270 servers, but no one observed this behavior. Can any one help?
