I have OpenSolaris installed, and all is well....the one thing i need to figure
out which i cant' find any real answers on is this:

I installed OpenSolaris to a 20 gb partition on a SSD.

I was able to get it mirrored by following some postings i found on the net but
i still have the other 40ish gb's left on both SSD's which i'd like to use as
L2ARC

how do i do this?

my current rpool looks like this:
  pool: rpool
 state: ONLINE
 scrub: none requested
config:

        NAME STATE READ WRITE CKSUM
        rpool ONLINE 0 0 0
          mirror-0 ONLINE 0 0 0
            c2t0d0s0 ONLINE 0 0 0
            c2t1d0s0 ONLINE 0 0 0

errors: No known data errors

is it as simple as using format -e then fdisk and creating a second partition
with the remaining space like this:

Total disk size is 7783 cylinders
Cylinder size is 16065 (512 byte) blocks

                                               Cylinders
Partition Status Type Start End Length %
      =========   ======    ============  =====   ===   ======   ===
          1 Active Solaris2 1 2646 2646 34
          2 Solaris2 2647 7782 5136 66

The main reason i ask is i don't want to nuke my install, i want to make sure
i'm doing it right.

Thanks for the help.
