While it is easy to track application installs from the server logs to gauge popularity for version and feature enhancement, understanding what happened to an application after installation was not. If included this will allow OpenSolaris.org to respond more effectively to user base requirements. It would also be useful if the following option was added to allow user feedback to indicate a preferred application. If sufficient users are installing it then it could be included in the Package Repository. 8.
