I see. It went away in build 130. The workaround is to mount your /var/core dataset somewhere else temporarily, create the /var/core directory if it doesn't still exist, and remove OSOLvpanels before upgrading. Then you can restore the mount. Alternately, you can put the /var/core dataset outside the root dataset heirarchy, which means it won't be mounted as part of the boot environment, and will be shared across them. Danek
