Those instructions will not work currently as the SXCE builds are no longer available; the required packages from it therefore can't be obtained until we provide them by other means.
Since you're wanting a Jumpstart server for S10 SPARC, right now I'd suggest obtaining Solaris 10 x86 and using it instead. It's available at
