Hello Lifeng,

Solaris 11 has switched to ZFS as the only option for the root file system.
ZFS offers a number of key technologies, that we have built installation and 
packaging tools on top of, that allow customers to:

- reduce installation time
- reduce upgrade time and risk 
- further ease lifecycle management.

UFS can be used for non-root filesystems.
