Sorry but on our side, we only have experience with Weblogic and Tomcat... So we could not really help by providing a clear procedure how to process... There may be also a bit of customization to do. For example by testing Jahia with Weblogic, we found that weblogic did not like JSP comments split on several lines (this compiles fine with Tomcat), did not like the number at the end of the .jar file (not practical at all to know the version of your jars) and a few other things we had to modify... Should certainly be the same with Websphere... This are the limits of application server portability :-((
