Linux or Windows ?

Hi,

I would like to know if somebody knows what the best OS to install Jahia is. That means which is the most powerful between Linux (Red Hat 7.5 Professional) or Windows (2000 server). Are there any major differences (performance, stability, reliability,...) or is this rather a question of personal "taste"?
The installation will be:
Apache Http Server
Tomcat
Mysql
