Cache deactivation while developing templates.

Hi Jahia-Team,   Jahia release 4.0.4, Build 5822.   i am developing the new JSP�s for our site and i noticed that when i make changes the cached version is shown and my changes cant be seen. I want to deactivate the jahia-cache during the development process. how can i do that?     second question : do u have  Howto�s or futher documentation about implementing SSL-Login in Jahia ? I just want to activate SSL for the login process.
