You just need to remove the link in file include/main_menu.inc and remove files newuserregistration.jsp and userregistrationok.jsp
Else you can add a test ton only view the link ig current user is admin
if (jData.params().getUser().isAdminMember( jData.params().getSiteID() )) {
// display register link
