Hi Rafael,

Jahia has not been tested in webhosting environment for the moment. I quickly scanned the Jahia source code to find uses of the System.getProperties and this concerns mostly the mailer service, which uses the default mailing implementation that requires the setting of a "mail.smtp.host" system property.

Maybe you or Marcio would be interested in contributing modifications that would allow Jahia to run in Webhosts ?

Regards,
 Serge Huber.

Hi,
I've the same problem, how can I put my site in a wehost? The suport has say that my application (Jahia) is trying to use the method "System.getProperties();", but it has been desactived in the Sandbox

    Hi,

I trying to install jahia in a webhost, but they don't give
    permission
    to access java.security.AccessControlException.

So, they recomended to comment the lines who use
"System.getProperties();", is there another way to do this?

Is "System.getProperties();" used only in the Installation? Is there
another part of Jahia who use this?

    Thanks,
    Márcio Ferreira
