Installation error on Jahia 5.0 Beta 2

Dear All,   I am new in Jahia and just wanna know much in order to help my developer job. However, I have tried serveral times to install Jahia 5.0 Beta 2 and get the same error message as folows. Can anybody tell me where is wrong and how to correct it.
