When the navigator start there is a like a splash screen from Jahia in order to be patient while the application start. Then I have to be on the home page but often I'm getting a blanck screen... Is it a small timer problem or is it again the same context problem not completly resolved? By the way it's not always, but 3 times over 5.
Who are the writers? Do they have write access? Did you try to use the debug mode? The global lock is not a current or repeatable problem. We have got the problem 2 times from last year. It's coming from the production server. Into this server the installation of jahia is the like mine, so I've to solve the same context problem... I din't use the debug mode because it's the production server and I have to switch into debug before the problem occure. But the frequence of the problem is to small to do it. Then, about writers, it's the same problem for all, for root too! Is it OK if you purge the lock (via the administration)? What is the message on the lock? Not really. The purge looked to make something at the beginning because some lock but not all desapeared; after this, if a writer editut an unlocked field and tried to save, he received an error message but I don't remember exactly what was it's content.
