Changing the default server configuration

Hi everyone,
This is my first mail to the group. I have configured jahia on solaris with default tomcat and hypersonic DB that comes with us. Now, can I reconfigure it to work with another instance of tomcat and mysql DB?
I opened the configuration wizard again but it says that its already configured.
