[Instiki] Having problem

I installed ruby and instiki but cannot seem to get anything to show up in my browser.  In FireFox, I get a blank screen.  In IE, I get a 404 page.  I might be the lone person who needs a step 3! :)

I have attempted to connect to localhost:2500 (or 127.0.0.1:2500).

The line that shows up in the command prompt window (following the three lines that pop up initially) is:

127.0.1 - - [26/Mar/2006:08:53:56 Eatern Standard Time] "GET / HTTP/1.1" 5000
- - /


Any ideas?
