You don't say where it might be. I tried it from within my Instiki 0.11.00 directory, then from system root, then from root of my ruby subdir. All were desperate moves, as I didn't see where this install.cmd module was in the first place, and so didn't really expect anything to happen. I really need more information than this, since I don't know how to get this suggestion to actually move things forward. Sorry!
