I don't know. I grabbed the 0.11.0 version and it's running on a server at TextDrive. I just tested it on my Windows installation of the same version, and it has the same problem: assign one page to one category, and suddenly that one page is all that's listed when clicking the "All pages" link. I'm not sure where to go with this. Any suggestions?
