Gyan,

Please take a look at the reference I provided to the work to make GRO/GSO
jumbo grams. Routers are not the only devices that can make productive use
of RFC2674, hosts can use it as shown in the example. So IMO, there's no
need to deprecate the protocol as it is useful.
