Friends,

A number of drafts have been submitted to me for consideration as informational independent submission RFCs.  The ISE accepts both solicited and unsolicited reviews, and generally acts on the preponderance of all of them.  To submit a review, see reviewer guidelines here <https://www.rfc-editor.org/materials/reviewer.guide.txt>, and you can reply to this message with any questions you may have.

The drafts are as follows:

 * draft-dekator-scion-{dataplane,controlplane,pki} – a source routed
   IP architecture.[1,2,3]
 * draft-menon-svr – a vendor implementation of "secure vector
   routing", an overlay technology.[4]

Solicited reviews are generally**directly shared with the authors, but I would ask that you indicate whether this is okay if you review any works.  Although there's no specific time frame for reviews being complete, my expectation is that I will be making at least initial decisions about these works at the end of the summer.

Eliot
