As much as I am an RFC8950-on-IXes-enthusiast, ... I still strongly agree with Juliusz here. Doing (a very messi) proxy-ARP + proxy ND (you know, just in case the non-RFC8950 neighbor does not do v6 at all and does not participate in ND) setup is already 'not so high' on the preference list for IX operators. If you do that, it is hell of a messy thing to do, and probably a longer I-D by itself than this one ever wants to be. Maria: So, do you setup a repo or should I?
