The draft expired as it was working its way through the process and I took the task to refresh it this morning before checking my email to see this message. -02 is simply a refresh of -01 so that there's a version to refer to that's not expired. I've opened issues on github, https://github.com/fenner/probe-clarification/issues to reflect your comments. I intend to review the mailing list again to see if I missed any other feedback from the extended working group last call. Bill
